The successful candidate will have qualifications in Catholic Theology or Pastoral studies with high-level experience in working with young people. They will have experience in planning and writing resources, strategic management of large events, networking and partnership management, with strong skills in media and new technology.

The successful candidate will be available during regular business hours and, on occasion, for evening and weekend work.
